Privacy Policy

1. Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our Sites or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use our Sites, apps, subscribe to our service, search for a product, company, location or user, place an order on our Sites, enter a competition, promotion or survey, enter profile information on our Sites, register with or link to a third party account such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Google and when you report a problem with our Sites. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, personal description and photograph, company name, skills, interests, occupation, job title, links to your accounts with third party applications such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Google.

Automated processes may scan your data, but only for an explicit purpose to do with the management of your bookings or delivery of other services.)
3. Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our Sites we may automatically collect the following information:
   • technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, platform and device type;
   • information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our Sites (including date and time); products you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number. We also use applications which take anonymised recordings of user sessions.
4. Information we receive from other sources. We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. In this case we will have informed you when we collected that data that it may be shared internally and combined with data collected on our Sites.    • if you are an account holder we will share information about your free and busy times from any third party calendar account (e.g. Google Calendar or Google Contact account) which is linked with your account to anyone who is seeking to make a booking using the Service or importing contact using the service (please note that any data held on any third party calendar service will be subject to their privacy terms);

5. Where we store your personal data

1. The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. We’ll usually share this with you within 30 days of you asking us for it.

8. Age of users

1. Our Sites are not intended for and shall not be used by anyone under the age of 18.

9. Changes to our privacy policy

1. Any changes we may make to our Privacy Policy in the future will be posted on https://archieapp.co/agreements-and- terms/privacy-policy and where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective 1st May 2018 and replaces any other Privacy Policy previously applicable from this date.
